Women’s Week five-day conference starts today
Monday, April 19, 2010 at 2 a.m.
SABRE SPRINGS— The San Diego Women’s Week five-day conference begins this evening, featuring inspirational speakers and opportunities
for women to network.
The public is invited to attend the conference, which is being organized by the San Diego North Chamber of Commerce. Events
are scheduled for 5 to 9 p.m. today, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Sabre Springs Corporate
Center, 13290 Evening Creek in San Diego.
More than 30 speakers from a variety of fields are scheduled, including former California first lady Gayle Wilson; former White House physician Dr. Connie Mariano; San Diego County District Attorney
Bonnie Dumanis; county Supervisor Pam Slater-Price; golfer Tina Mickelson; television producer Kim Moses; former assemblywoman
and current University of California regent Charlene Zettel; Meghan Rickey, last year’s co-winner of CBS’s “The Amazing Race”;
and 16-year-old Ford model Emma Rose.
